The
Standard Fabric reinforced seals is widely used
in heavy machinary and engineering material such
as Rolling mill,Gear boxes etc.The material generaly
used is NBR(Nitrile) for the sealing lip which
is bounded outer body made out of hard and rigid
fabric reinforced with NBR.This Seals prove most
cost effective when Compare to other type of seals

The
OSRC-1 types of shaft seals are used wherever
additional
lubrication is not necessary. In case lubrication
is required, seals
are installed back to back with a lubrication metal
spacer. |

The OSRC-2 seal is
similar to the OSRC-1 type seal with
additional slots provided on the back face of
the seal to
enable additional area for lubricating the sealing
lip, thus
preventing dry running or damage to the sealing
lip. |

The OSRC-3 seal is
especially recommended for ensuring
longer seal life.But in this case, the housing
has to be provided
with a lubricating groove port |

This
Seals can be manufacure and supplied in with single
split(Straight cut) for easy installation and
avoidng costly and heavy dismentaling |
